There are no player names at Ignition poker – instead each player is indicated by a number. This is great if you like to play anonymously, but not so great if you want to separate the sharks from the fish. The gameplay is fast, and sleek, and the action always looks good. A spotlight circles the table so you can always see who you are waiting for to make their mind up.
There are a number of factors you can customise about the table appearance, such as choosing a four-colour deck, or keeping your mucked cards in view so you can see how you would have fared if you had not folded.

There are only ring games available via the mobile app, no Sit & Gos or scheduled tournaments (check out Carbon Poker for tournaments). As Ignition is one of the very few sites to accept US-based players, you are likely to encounter a fair amount of fish in the lower-limit games, and just as many sharks if you move to the higher-limit tables.

The best thing that Ignition poker has going for it is that it accepts US and Australian players, which of course will make it a tremendously popular app for people in the US/Australia who have been starved of poker action since 'Black Friday'. The Ignition Mobile Poker app has been nicely designed, and offers cash games, freerolls, scheduled tournaments and Sit & Go's. You can deposit/withdraw via debit/credit cards, cryptocurrencies cheques or bank wires. There is also plenty of traffic as you are competing against players from the Bodog and Bovada poker rooms.
